Head of School

Elaine Padron brings over 30 years of experience in Montessori education and Leadership to Country Day Montessori Schools. In addition to her AMS Montessori certifications, Ms. Padron has a Masters Degree in Neuroscience Brain Based Research and Teaching & Learning from Nova Southeastern University, as well as an Educational Specialist degree in Instructional Leadership and Teaching. Ms. Padron’s deep commitment to Montessori philosophy and pedagogy has brought success as a school leader in several private and charter schools. Raised in the Tampa area, Ms. Padron has a deep understanding and appreciation for the local community. She is committed to providing students at Country Day Montessori school with a high-quality education that prepares them for success.
